rigour mortis

Rigor mortis is one of the recognizable signs of death that is caused by a chemical change in the muscles after death, causing the limbs of the corpse to become stiff  and difficult to move or manipulate.

January (and February and March) in Louisville is so gloomy and depressing that it might seem that one will soon become afflicted by the aformentioned.  One cure could be to download the excellent tune, Rigour Mortis, written and recorded by the great Cincinnati band, Wussy, and dance around your room until you can feel your heart beating again.  In my opinion, it’s one of the best songs of 2008.
